Chinelo Creative is a music growth service operating as a joint venture (entity formation in progress). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, your role (artist, manager, label, or other), the artist or release you mention, and your message. Our form processor also records basic technical data with each submission (your browser user agent and a timestamp) to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. This page uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function. If we later add privacy-friendly analytics, we will ask for your consent through the cookie notice first.
We use your inquiry information only to respond to you, to discuss a possible campaign, and to provide the service you are asking about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (see below).
Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States. Cloudflare acts as our hosting and data processor. We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to follow up and for our records, then delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA and CPRA) and the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To make a request, contact us at the address below and we will respond.
This site and service are intended for music professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
